The Official Home of the Lawnside Fire CompanyOriginally organized in 1912 and incorporated in 1914, the Lawnside Fire Company is historically one of the oldest all African American fire companies in the United States. The Lawnside Fire Company is completely 100% volunteer.The Lawnside Fire Company currently operates out of the Lawnside Borough Hall at 4 Douglas Ave STE 3, Lawnside, NJ 08045

Live within 1 mile of service area
Must be 18 years or older
Training
Firefighters will be fully trained in firefighting and rescue skills to respond to emergencies. All training is provided. The training is about 6 months long.
